Downpour Media LLC provides real estate media for the sale and leasing markets, facilities branding and promotion, and real estate services businesses. In addition to residential and commercial brokers, we serve architects, interior designers, landscape contractors, general contractors, flippers, and stagers to provide quality images that showcase their work.
Our primary service area is the San Francisco Bay Area's North Bay/Wine Country - Napa, Sonoma, Marin, Solano plus Contra Costa Counties. Other areas by request.

Real Estate Photography
- Customized shot lists: We start with real estate photography basics, add the property's unique features, then make final updates during the photo shoot. If needed, we also plan additional sessions, which could include photos taken during periods of transitional light - sunrise, sunset, twilight, and darkness.
- Formats and file types: Standard format is 3:2 landscape, with vertical and square formats also available. Standard file types are JPEG and/or TIFF or other format as requested.
- Prompt delivery: Digital images typically available for download by end of the next business day.
Real Estate Video
- Short form property walk-throughs: 30 to 60 second videos suitable for posting in sale/leasing listings, on web sites, and on social media.
- Agent guided tours: short form walk-throughs with agent introduction and commentary.
Floor Plans
- Basic 2-D floorplans: simple floorplans great for listings and flyers.
- 3-D floorplans: floorplan with 3-D content rendering.
Pricing
- Listing media provided per fixed fee price determined by the type and size of the property, all quotes are custom.
- Commercial, architectural and design media fee is an hourly rate (2 hours minimum) and may include travel, all quotes are custom.
